Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our online programs.
We offer a range of online English programs, including General English, IELTS Preparation, Pathway Programs, flexible options such as English Conversation, Business English, and one-on-one lessons. You can choose the program that best fits your goals and schedule.
Intensive General English is a more immersive program with more instructional hours per week. It focuses on building all core skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking—through structured, academic lessons. It’s ideal if you want to prepare for further studies such as our University Pathway Program (UPP).
Semi-Intensive English offers a more flexible schedule with fewer hours per week. It still supports your English development but allows you to balance your studies with work or personal commitments.
We offer 6 levels, from Introductory (Level 1) to Advanced (Level 6), as well as our Pathway Program for students preparing for further academic studies. Level availability may vary. Feel free to contact us for more details.
Each level takes about 10 weeks to complete, with steady progress through structured, instructor-led classes.
Yes, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for your program, including the number of weeks you studied. For the Pathway Program, it confirms your completion and eligibility to continue your studies with one of our partner institutions.
You can begin any Monday. We offer weekly start dates, simply apply through our website, choose your program, and get started.
Choose your program and click Apply Now on the program page, or complete the application form here: Apply Now.
On your first day, you’ll be welcomed by our CLLC Online team. You’ll join a live orientation session, complete your placement test (if you haven’t taken it in advance), and receive your class schedule. You’ll also have the chance to meet your teacher and connect with classmates from around the world.
Your English level is determined through a placement test that assesses all four skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The test is usually completed before your start date or on your first day, depending on when we receive your application.
All students must take CLLC’s placement test. However, we do honor IELTS scores. For example, if a student has an overall 5.5 Academic IELTS score with no band lower than 4.5, they can join our Level 6 Pathway 1 program.
Our refund policy depends on when you withdraw from your program.
If you withdraw before the start date (for any reason): 60% of paid tuition fees will be refunded.
If you withdraw on or after your start date:
